What is Coaching?

Coaching is often more useful after you’ve let go of the past, your limiting beliefs and negative emotions, and you’re ready to live the life you dream, but you’re just not sure what you want, where to start, how to start, and how to keep on track.  It’s not to be confused with therapy or consulting.

This is about you and your desires, focusing on you, giving yourself the time and attention to learn how to optimise yourself, reach your potential and go beyond this.

There is no final goal here, because otherwise what happens when you reach it?  It’s a continuous process whereby you are preparing yourself, equipping yourself with a new skillset and being ready to enjoy the life you choose to create.
