How you think, how you feel, how you behave, how you react and respond.  All of these make you who are you are now.  From the moment you are born, you begin to ‘re-code’ your default, natural setting by adding thoughts, memories, experiences, feelings, emotions.  Each and every day, each and every year, you are becoming more and more unique with your very own individual internal coding.  This coding is who you are now.  This means that you may have coded bad memories, experiences, traumas, fears, anxieties, stress, and this impacts on not only your relationships, it can affect your entire life too.

Once you learn to realise that you don’t have to put with running bad movies in your head, hearing negative voices in your mind that wreck your confidence, or associate that feeling in your tummy as being something bad, your life can be positively improved. Of course, it takes two people to be in a relationship and it may be beneficial for your partner to learn this as well.  Just think of how much better the two of you can be and how you can extend this across to other areas of your life?  So, what’s stopping you?
