By combining Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and The Havening Techniques®, I offer a unique and integrative approach to personal change that many clients find refreshing and different from traditional methods.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy takes control of the subconscious mind through suggestion to initiate positive changes, and proves particularly effective for a range of psychological conditions, such as panic disorders, intense anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

As part of the process, clients will work to alter harmful thought patterns, thereby empowering them to overcome challenges and regain command of their lives. It provides a secure and gentle means to tackle underlying issues, limiting beliefs, and create a changed viewpoint. 

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) investigates the connections in how we think (neuro), communication (linguistic), and behavioural and emotional patterns (programs). This process offers strategies and techniques to adjust thoughts and behaviors that detract from one's quality of life.

Especially useful in addressing trauma, NLP assists in detaching negative emotions from previous experiences, and focuses on reshaping mental health, enabling you to write your story with newfound strength and optimism.

The Havening Techniques®

The Havening Techniques® apply a psycho-sensory approach, utilising therapeutic touch to advance healing and well-being. This method is notably successful in diminishing stress and anxiety, mitigating trauma symptoms, and reducing the severity of PTSD. Through Havening Touch®, the goal is to modify traumatic thought patterns imprinted in the brain.

Through these techniques, we establish a safe space for healing, lessening the intensity of traumatic recollections and promoting safety. The Havening Techniques® are pivotal in each hypnotherapy session, with clients overcoming their fears and anxieties in just 1-2 sessions!

When you come to the Harley Street London clinic, you will be greeted by our friendly and professional reception staff, who will show you to the waiting room.

Chris sees clients in Harley Street generally late mornings, afternoons and evenings on Mondays and Fridays. However, other days and times (including weekends) can be made by special arrangement upon request.
