I can’t thank Chris enough, I’ve been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for a few years now, I tried other therapy which worked short term, but on finding Chris from the first session I haven’t had a panic attack since. I have back up support through the app if I need it. I can’t recommend it enough.. I don’t know how it works but it does and it's worth every penny. Joe.
