Industry estimates suggest only 3–5% of UK employees use their Employee Assistance Programme in a typical year, and senior and specialist staff are the least likely to call. More than a third of workers (35%) don't feel comfortable talking to their manager about stress, and only 17% of those who took time off had a formal return-to-work plan.
After years and thousands of pounds spent on various prescribed medications and talking therapies, I started noticing improvements after only a few sessions with Chris.
By the time someone is signed off, you're facing weeks of cover, lost knowledge and possibly a resignation. Key Person Rapid Recovery gives you a direct route to specialist help before it gets that far. And investing early pays: Deloitte found employers get back around £4.70 for every £1 spent on employee mental health.
Back to work, back to their best
I have not been able to work for nearly a year. Since completing three sessions with Chris I now feel confident and excited at my return to work.
Having finally pushed myself to take the opportunity of a board position at a multi-billion dollar company, I was suddenly plunged into a severe relapse… contemplating giving up my new job. Chris’s practical techniques have helped me work through this.
My anxiety was not severe but it was starting to progressively get worse and affect my personal / professional life. With the tools he has given me I feel like my anxiety has become much more manageable.

Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our EAP?
No. It sits alongside it. Your EAP covers everyone; this is a fast, specialist route for the people the business can least afford to lose, or for issues the EAP hasn't resolved.
Will we know what our employee discusses?
No. You'll know a code was used and how many sessions took place. A return-to-work summary is shared only if the employee chooses.
What approach do you use?
The Meaden Method® is a brief, results-focused approach combining hypnotherapy, NLP and Havening Techniques®. It complements, rather than replaces, NHS and NICE-recommended care, and progress is measured with standard questionnaires before and after.
What if someone needs more than you offer?
Where medical or specialist support is needed, for example physical dependence on alcohol, we refer on to the GP or an appropriate service, and continue alongside where that helps.
How quickly can someone be seen?
Your employee books a free 15-minute call directly, and the first full session is offered within 5 working days.
How does invoicing work?
Each organisation gets its own referral code. Smaller organisations pay a fixed fee per package, invoiced only when a referral code is used. Larger organisations can agree a block of packages in advance with priority access. Email us for a pricing sheet.
