Chris & Linzi Ambassador Programme
Terms & Conditions
1) Terms
a. You become eligible to be a part of the Ambassador Programme immediately after you have attended a session with Chris or Linzi, aka, The Meaden Partnership, or, if you’re not a previous or current client, you can refer others to us and receive credit towards a session for yourself, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
b. Your first referral via your unique link deems your acceptance of these terms and your membership of the Ambassador Programme.
c. Your membership in the Ambassador Programme can be terminated at any time by either party with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice (by email) of termination.
d. Any changes to the terms will be provided to you in writing (via the email address we hold on record for you). Proof of email sent is deemed an immediate form of notification and acceptance. You are responsible for also checking our website (“chrismeaden.com”) terms and conditions, and, new client information for any amendments that may or may not impact on these terms.
e. The Terms & Conditions together with New Client Information to which you agreed prior to attending your own session still applies and are bound together with The Ambassador Programme Terms & Conditions herein.
2) Referral Rewards
a. All referrals must be via the portal. You will be given a unique link to your own portal to make and track referrals.
b. You will receive £20 for each approved referral.
c. A referral is only eligible as a reward as soon as your referral has attended and paid in full for their session with Chris or Linzi. No exceptions.
d. All sessions of 1.5 hours and above are eligible for the Ambassador Programme referral rewards.
e. Any sessions that are less than 1.5 hours will be at our sole discretion as to whether a reward is given, which may be less than £20.
f. Your referral will also receive a £20 discount off the full price of their session of 1.5 hours and above.
g. In the unlikely event that the same person is referred by 2 or more separate clients, the referral reward will be processed based on timings, ie, an electronic record of which client referred first. Our decision is final.
h. Chris and Linzi reserves the right to decline to coach or treat any client or individual. Each client is considered on an entirely individual basis. The acceptance and continuation of coaching/therapy is entirely at the discretion of Chris and /or Linzi. If your referral is declined for treatment or continuing coaching/treatment by Chris or Linzi, you and/or they do not have the right to be given a reason.
3) Reward Payments
a. You will receive email notification of successful and non-successful referrals.
b. You will receive email notification when rewards are approved by The Meaden Partnership based on the terms of this Agreement.
c. Approved rewards are paid on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis after approval has been given by The Meaden Partnership.
d. If we are overseas and unable to process approvals and payments, these will be actioned immediately upon our return to the UK. You will be notified of this.
e. All rewards are paid in GB pound sterling either to UK bank accounts or via Paypal.
f. Reward payments are only paid to the person who is designated as our Ambassador in this agreement (ie, you are an existing/previous client and you signed up for your unique Ambassador Programme link to make referrals). No exceptions.
g. You are responsible for ensuring we have your correct and up to date information.
h. You can keep your information up to date via the portal.

4) Marketing & Anti-Spam
a. Should you choose to publicise and market us, you must ensure that you:
a) Only attract a client base who may be interested in and will benefit in our services/products.
b) Never promote inappropriate or illegal pornographic or sexual materials.
c) Never promote violence such as: fire arms, terrorist organisations and/or related sites;
d) Never promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
e) Never promote illegal activities such as: drugs, contraband, and/or related sites;
f) Never promote political organisations, gambling/casino, and/or related sites;
g) Never violate the intellectual property rights of The Meaden Partnership
b. Spamming by email is strictly prohibited.
c. If you send commercial e-mails advertising our products and services, you must comply with the relevant laws and legal acts that control such activities. You are responsible for researching this and following the rules.
d. Failure to follow any of the above will result in legal action being taken against you and you will to pay all associated legal fees to put right any damages.
5) Publicity
a. You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to The Meaden Partnership and receiving our consent in writing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6) Privacy
a. All referrals you provide us will be treated in strictest confidence at all times.
b. We take your privacy and client confidentiality seriously and will never pass on any of your personal details or content of your session(s) or telephone calls or emails or similar onto third parties, and we expect the client and your referrals to reciprocate. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy on our website (chrismeaden.com).
7) Fraud
a. If you commit fraud or falsify information in connection with the referral signups through your Ambassador Programme links, this Agreement will be terminated immediately.
b. In addition, you will be liable to The Meaden Partnership for any and all damages that The Meaden Partnership suffers as a result of such actions. You will also be responsible for returning to The Meaden Partnership all reward payments received for fraudulent/falsified members, and we will not hesitate to pursue all legal causes of action against you to the fullest extent possible under the applicable law.
8) Limitation of Liability
a. We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, the aggregate liability of The Meaden Partnership for any claim whatsoever relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the highest amount of reward for one calendar month previously paid to you under this Agreement.
9) Relationship of Parties
a. You and we are independent, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between parties.
b. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Agreement.
c. The Meaden Partnership may cite your name or URL in connection with your participation in the Ambassador Programme in materials including but not limited to postings on our site, newsletters, advertisements, and other communications.
10) Keyword Bidding Policy
a. Ambassadors may not bid on any of our trademarked names: “chrismeaden.com” and/or “linzimeaden.com”. Ambassadors also may not bid on our show names as keywords. Ambassadors may not use “chrismeaden.com” and/or “linzimeaden.com” as the display URL for PPC advertising.
11) No Auto Cookie Setting Allowed
a. You agree not to auto-set a cookie on the user’s browser in any way. Auto-setting cookies or causing forced clicks by way of popups or pop-unders that open the merchant’s site without a click, framing techniques, redirects, or any other means is strictly prohibited.
b. We reserve the right to expire Ambassadors that are using any type of auto-cookie setting. If you are unclear as to what constitutes auto cookie setting, please contact support@chrismeaden.com for clarification.
12) Termination
a. Upon termination of this agreement, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to our site, and all The Meaden Partnership trademarks including “chrismeaden.com”, “linzimeaden.com” and all other subsequent trademarks, trade language, logos, and all other marketing materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the Ambassador Programme.
By agreeing to these full Terms & Conditions and signing up to your unique Ambassador Programme link, you hereby confirm you are aged 18 years or above and that The Meaden Partnership is not liable for any errors or interruptions or misinterpretations to this Agreement and/or The Ambassador Programme.
