Overcome Anxiety & Depression Group – Facebook Group RULES

Our Facebook Community is a place to come together to share insights, tips, questions, answers and to support one another in the journey to wellness.

It is important for us to run a tight-knit community to preserve the quality of this experience for all our members.

This is why we have created and enforce these rules strictly.

Please be sure to read these rules carefully as we have a zero-tolerance policy which can lead to being banned from the group if not followed.

So here goes…

1-No disruptive behaviour. This group is there to help you get the most support. If we deem you to be disruptive, complaining or trying to bring others down with a bad attitude we shall remove you from the group.

2-No promotions or spam. GIVE more than you take in this group! Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed. ALL SUCH POSTS, INCLUDING AFFILIATE LINKS, WILL BE REMOVED!

3-No hate speech or bullying. Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

4-Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

5-No Fishing OR Facebook LIVES Inside The Group. Keep the Facebook LIVES in Your Profile (not in this group). ONLY Admins within the group can do this. No Asking To "JOIN MY GROUP" - NO Fishing Comments Please!

At times I may promote my own products and services that will be helpful to you on your journey.
