Missing, Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments Policy
If someone calls to cancel or reschedule an appointment please ask for the reason for the change and point out the T&C's below if the appointment is inside 3 working days. Ask if they still wish to go ahead!
If there is a medical emergency, serious illness or death in family then no need to point out T&C's. I'll make a judgement call myself.
If appointments are missed for whatever reason, clients are charged in full for the missed appointment. There are no exceptions; this is because costs have been incurred and our time and resources have been exclusively set aside for you prior to your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients are required to give a minimum of 3 working days’ notice (eg, if your appointment is Thursday at 4pm and you need to reschedule or cancel, you must telephone and email to notify us no later than Monday at 4pm).
If clients cancel or reschedule an appointment within 3 working days’ but no later than 28 hours before the scheduled appointment, then you will be charged 50% of the full fee for the missed appointment. Clients rebooking are then required to pay in full for the new rescheduled appointment.
If notice given is less than 28 hours before the appointment, then clients are charged in full for the missed appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment with at least 3 working days’ notice, there is no admin charge. However, in the rare event of someone wasting our time in cancelling an appointment (where you have given at least 3 working days’ notice), we will charge a £50 admin fee.

We have unified our pricing so the same price apply for face to face in clinic or online sessions.
We can do UK or International visits, however all expenses and travel time will be chargable.
We are VAT registered so all prices include 20% tax.

Your Investment is determined during the phone consultation with Chris. There are many factors that determine the cost, the location treatment is provided, the format of the sessions, duration and quantity of sessions required. Chris is best placed to provide this information once he has a understanding of the presenting issues.
Chris will provide a Comprehensive Treatment Plan that includes an After Care program to provide additional support long after your treatment is complete.

Yes, Chris works with children from the age of 10 years old. A parent or guardian MUST be present during the session up to the age of 16-Year-old.
The price starts at £175 for a one hour session.

Online Zoom Calls: 11 am, 1:30 pm or evening appointments at 7 pm.
Tunbridge Wells Clinic: 2:30 pm onwards as agreed during the consuiltation call.
All my sessions are two hours (accept children) in length as standard. Most other therapists have 45-50 minute or one hour sessions. When talking to a potential client, you can say that they are double sessions as they are far more effective than shorter single sessions.
