Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy takes control of the subconscious mind through suggestion to initiate positive changes, and proves particularly effective for a range of psychological conditions, such as panic disorders, intense anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The Havening Techniques® apply a psycho-sensory approach, utilising therapeutic touch to advance healing and well-being. This method is notably successful in diminishing stress and anxiety, mitigating trauma symptoms, and reducing the severity of PTSD. Through Havening Touch®, the goal is to modify traumatic thought patterns imprinted in the brain.

What is the success rate of hypnotherapy?
